2 (10 ounce) cans minced onion, drained
1 (3 ounce) bottle creamed corn
1 (10 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
In a medium bowl, combine onion, creamed corn, cream cheese and cream cheese. Mix well. Shape mixture into a roll shape for storing. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate 2 hours to make it easier to roll.
Heat a medium skillet over medium heat. Add beef and onions and saute over medium heat 5 minutes. Saute 1 minute, then turn and continue cooking until beef is browned and onion is tender.
Add cream cheese and cream cheese mixture. Mix thoroughly and serve immediately.
