Burritos de Juniors Recipe

Ingredients

5 tablespoons vegetable oil

3 green onions, finely chopped

1 onion, thinly sliced

6 slivered almonds

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1 teaspoon olive oil

2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry yellow onion and green onions in oil 3 minutes, until translucent. Remove from skillet. Cook green onion and onion in oil 3 minutes, stirring frequently and browning quickly on all sides. Remove from skillet. Stir in almonds, lime juice, olive oil, cheese and bacon. Serve hot or cold.
