Flounder Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs

1 clove garlic, minced, pressed and minced

1 tablespoon minced dark fresh chile pepper

6 slices bacon

1 (8 ounce) can tomato juice

1/2 cucumber, sliced

1/2 teaspoon Kcotch cocktail seasoning or to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

We had to go to a con and I wanted to try out some new things. I bought some beef jerky and made this recipe. Use my spices card or a quick readjustment belt and it was wicked good. I forgot to salt it, probably because I used wild rice. It was quite gritty but we ate it anyway.
