1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/3 cup butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 quart vegetable oil
1/2 tablespoon white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a medium bowl, mix pineapple juice, butter, garlic, oil and sugar. Pour into a large resealable plastic bag. Put in blender, and blend until smooth. Pour into a plastic bag, seal and shake bottle vigorously. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
