1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 ounces shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 pound anchovies, chopped
1 pound oysters, peeled
1 cup tuna steak, diced
1 cup imitation crabmeat
1 cup sliced mushrooms
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a 2 quart casserole dish.
In a medium-size mixing bowl, cream butter or margarine as needed to fasten crumbs. Stir in brown sugar and lemon juice. Combine shrimp, lemon juice, anchovies, oysters and tuna steak. Mix well, then roll mixture into crumb crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until golden brown. Spread with remaining lemon juice mixture before serving.
