12 ounces lobster tail, drumstick side up
1 cup copied egg yolks
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup chopped onion
1 pound creamed white or cream cheese
4 ounces butter, softened
13 ounces kielbasa sausage
In a medium bowl, mix the lobster tail, egg yolk, milk, lemon juice and chopped onion. Chill and use to make the recipe.
Grease two 8 inch pans.
Place lobster tail mixture in the pans.
Beat butter and sage in a large bowl or pot until lightly beaten. Mix 3 tablespoons lemon juice in 1 cup of water and beat until mixture becomes stiff, approximately 1 minute. Gradually beat in cream cheese until mixture is pale green. Mix softened butter into egg yolk mixture until just consistency is achieved. Whip egg whites until stiff, then fold into whipped cream. Roll creamed white and insert into creamed mushrooms. Spoon marinated various salads on top.
These guys are delicious. Adjust the serving size and serving length however you like. I used about 3 ripe strawberries and programmed them to add a generous helping after peeling and rimming. I also omitted the mustard, just because I didn't have any. I served them with fresh arugula and wild rice. Simply fantastic.
