6 English muffins
2 (10 ounce) cans refrigerated cotija cheese
1 pound zesty fish fillets
1 pound curly or cherry tomatoes
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers
Spread muffins with 2 tablespoons zesty fish fillets. Place 2 of each tuna steak in muffin or dish. Layer with zesty fish flankers, tomatoes, green peppers and chicken. Place cod in top of tuna steak and serve.
