Grilled baby shrimp cocktail Recipe

My kids loved this! I mixed everything together in a shaker bottle and put it in the fridge. I chilled it and put it aside while I sauteed the baby shrimp. I added the lemon juice and olive oil and when the shrimp were ready, I removed them to a cutting board and broiled them, but they were still sweet and delicious! I served these as an appetizer with shrimp and broccoli florets. I used the frozen baby shrimp in place of the crab and they turned out great!

This had such a nice flavor and so easy. I put mine in my jello mold and let it float around the pan for a few minutes before using. I didn't have bread, but I have a pretty good idea what this would taste like without it. I doubled the raspberry and grapefruit and was surprised how good this was with it. A healthy alternative to junk food!

This is a great cocktail for shrimp and baby shrimp lovers! This is so easy to make and so versatile. I didn't add the lemon juice, but added a squeeze of fresh lemon juice to the dressing and it really adds some zing! I didn't see the point of the crab meat, so I left it out altogether. I put the baby shrimp in my food processor for a few seconds, and it processed to perfection! This is a very easy, and quick change, that will definitely be enjoyed by friends!
