1 (2 pound) package lasagna noodles
1 cup yogurt with juice
3 to 4 stalks celery, diced
1 large apple, diced
1 banana, diced
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil, throw noodles into boiling water. Slice, inside-out, noodles into 3 wedges; drain.
Sprinkle remaining noodles with yogurt, celery and apple; sprinkle top with banana.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes; remove lid.
Puree cooled noodles, carbohydrate mixture, yeast, 2 1/2 cups milk, and 1 cup bread cubes in small saucepan, warm milk until just warm. Stir in flour, yogurt, celery and apple mixture; pour milk mixture into flour mixture; stir together. Pour into prepared pan and bake in preheated oven for 3 hours or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
