8 slices bacon
1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 tablespoons minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons margarine
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons orange juice
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
1/2 cup white sugar
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown; drain.
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, onion, garlic, chili powder, salt and milk. Mix well.
In a small mixing bowl, combine sugar, vanilla extract, margarine, Worcestershire sauce, orange juice and pecans. Mix well.
Sprinkle over bacon, and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved and mixture is light brown. Remove bacon and bacon grease; sprinkle over ice cream. Chill in refrigerator.
