1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 pound fresh strawberries, rinsed
1/2 cup white sugar
1 (6 ounce) package cream cheese, soft
1 lemon, juiced
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
3 tablespoons white sugar
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
Melt butter and sugar in a medium skillet or saucepan. Saute until light golden brown. Stir in flour until well blended. Stir in raisins and remaining sweeteners; simmer 10 minutes. Stir in vanilla and cinnamon until all the raisins are dissolved. Stir in baking powder; boil 5 minutes. Stir in brown sugar, 3 teaspoons baking soda and 2 tablespoons powdered sugar; pour into chocolate chips. In a small bowl, puree cream cheese, lemon juice and celery salt. Spoon over chocolate and spread topping over chocolate mering. Refrigerate until set.
