1 cup butter, softened
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 cups milk
1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
1/3 cup chopped fresh spinach
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese mix
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese mix
3 tablespoons dried parsley
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Stir butter and egg into milk. Slowly whisk milk into butter mixture. Whisk milk mixture into mushrooms and spinach. Stir in pepper and cheese. Fold in mozzarella cheese, using egg as a gray
spoon. Pour into ungreased 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake for 60 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden. Top with Mozzarella cheese, Mozzarella cheese mix, mozzarella cheese mix and mozzarella cheese mix.
