2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup finely chopped white onion
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup butter, melted
4 ounces cream cheese, sliced
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, onion, lemon juice, salt, sugar, pepper, cream cheese, sliced mushrooms, sour cream and butter. Shape mixture into 4 small patties.
Bake patties in preheated oven until golden brown, about 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack.
