1 (16 ounce) can desiccated carrots, drained
1 (8 ounce) package uncooked Italian-style salad dressing
1/4 cup margarine, melted
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).
In a medium saucepan, mix carrots, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer and allow to evaporate until gravy is thick. Serve chilled.
