Looks & tastes gourmet, but is so easy! I added fresh garlic cheddar chunks to the bread, used olive oil instead of shortening, and used vanilla almond milk. It's delicious, nutritious, and will definitely be tried at some point!

I made this exactly as is except I halved it and used muffin tins. It was great. Served it with chowder. I will make this again
