1 pound ground turkey
2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
1 teaspoon mustard powder
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees C (175 degrees F). Lightly grease a medium rectangular baking pan.
Fill the hollowed-out cavity of a small saucer with dough and set aside.
In a medium bowl, stir together the ground turkey, seasoned bread crumbs, mustard powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt and salt.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 minutes and remove from foil. Turn top of the loaf out onto a platter, and return to oven for 2 minutes.
