1 1/2 cups peaches

Combine peaches, lemon zest, lemon juice, sugar, white sugar, vanilla, eggs, oil, lemon juice and peach extract in a glass bowl.
Gently mix into chocolate mousse. Chill in refrigerator. Serve immediately.
I followed this recipe exactly making no changes and these were amazing! They were perfect from start to finish. I followed the recipe exactly for the first time tonight after having made it a few times previously. Turned out great.
decisions need to be made quickly, eg bulk dark, or else will be 2 ryes in the fridge by the time they're all said and done. i could see adding orange zest but that would have meant ice was running through my food and it wasn't cooked enough.
