1 pound 400 calorie beef boneless pork chops
1/2 cup butter
1 large onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup water
3 (3 ounce) packages celery salt mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Rub all excess fat and grease from the bottom of a large resealable plastic bag into the bottom of the pan with a paper toweling teaspoon.
Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Reduce heat to 400 degrees F (175 degrees C) and continue baking for an additional 25 minutes.
Remove pork from oven and place onto a plate or platter, but don't grease. Brush carrots, celery salt, celery juice and water on all sides.
In a small bowl, mix butter, onion, water and celery salt. Fold pork into the mixture, then place under the hot oven for 10 minutes.
Remove pork from oven. Place the celery salt in the pan and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Return pork to oven for 10 minutes, or until browned.
Remove pork from oven and sprinkle with remaining sugar and cornstarch. Return pork to oven for an additional 1 hour.
