2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
1 1/2 cups white sugar
3 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup dry white wine (optional)
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a blender, mix chocolate, brown sugar, white sugar and gelatin. Beat for 4 minutes at a time. Pour into 2-quart glass or metal casserole dish. Sprinkle with white wine, if desired. Pour cream cheese mixture over chocolate mixture.
Bake 24 hours in the preheated oven, or overnight in the refrigerator. Pour blueberry glaze over rolls around midnight. Cool completely before cutting into slices.
