6 ounces white flour tortillas
1 (16 ounce) can black beans, with liquid
1/3 cup tomato salsa
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 (8 ounce) can crushed tomatoes, drained
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
2 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup sour cream
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix flour tortillas and salsa in large bowl. Fold out 1/3 cup tomato mixture, and transfer to tortillas. Top with bell pepper, tomatoes, tomato sauce, eggs and oil. Sprinkle tortilla covered with flour mixture with salsa.
Arrange tortillas on baking sheets, and bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, turning once.
