This was a fantastic sounding dessert, but what in the world was I thinking, sitting here writing this review about a week and half later and it being so delicious? The recipe and the cake were both great, but my first try with this recipe was way, way too sweet. I made smallish pieces and I accidentally added too many sugar (and cake mix) at the end, which didn't help matters at all. I won't be making this recipe again, but I'll have to revisit it and tweak it a little. I used this recipe as a template:

This was OK, but I don't know that I'd make it again. It was easy to throw together in the tea bag, and the chocolate chips were a bonus. I will make this again, but it was easier for me to throw together in the blender. The triple shot glass of Fanta was barely enough to fill both cans, and I thought the recipe was complete when it was finished. In the future when I make this recipe, I will add more ripe pears and apple chunks, so we can have a little more flavor in each can. The next time we make this, I'll try adding more ice cubes, but I didn't get around the fact that it was a little too sweet for me personally. Next time, I'd like to try raring the apples to see if they'd soften a bit more, and if not, I could potentially add a little more ice, but I

I love this stuff. It is super easy to make and super delicious! I typically only make use of cane sugar, but this stuff is just heavenly! I can't wait to bust some skulls over this weekend with some friends!
