2 cups chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 small clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
Place the celery, onion, tomato paste, garlic and salt in large bowl. Blend well.
Stir in pepper and oregano. Mix all together. Fold in basil and sage. Serve immediately.
I was so excited to make this and was expecting so much more. Non of my guest liked it and they all tried it. To bland, the texture was off.Mostly my guest said it was just to bland and avoided it.
