Easy Corn Bread Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup corn flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, white sugar and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the vanilla and corn flour. Mix in the corn flour mixture. Stir in the baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix in the oil and milk.

Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean. Cool loaf in pan on a wire rack.
