1 (3 ounce) package chocolate flavored Jell-O mix
1 (16 ounce) can marshmallows
2 cups boiling water
2 cups milk chocolate, sliced
4 1/2 cups white chocolate syrup
1 cup vanilla extract
Use your fingers to make 1/2 inch slits in marshmallow. Place marshmallow in hot water to reach a 3 inch diameter. Cover and let stand overnight.
The next morning, microwave marshmallows at high heat (60 degrees, or until marshmallow melts a little). You may need to stir this time. Melt marshmallows and allow to cool slightly.
Whip together the boiling water and milk chocolate syrup, 15 seconds. Stir marshmallow into chocolate syrup and set aside. Slowly pour the milk chocolate syrup over marshmallow, stirring to keep it from losing it's shape.
Gently whip cream cheese until stiff peaks form. Gradually mix the softened butter into the whipped cream until smooth. Mix in marshmallow creme until well mixed. Spread mixture evenly over marshmallow; let stand 15 minutes.
Combine the white chocolate syrup, marshmallow creme and milk chocolate mixture over marshmallow mixture. Spread evenly over marshmallow; allow to warm. Chill 8 hours in refrigerator.
Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold egg whites into marshmallow mixture again. Sprinkle evenly over white chocolate layer.
Pour marshmallow mixture into the refrigerator. Refrigerate and chill until ready to use.
