2 1/2 cups milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
20 lemon zeros, juiced
Bring a large pot of milk and lemon juice to a boil. Stir in sugar, and boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in lemon juice and lemon zeros. Cool slightly, scoop into separate serving cups and wrap in plastic wrap. (Note: this is optional.)
