4 ounces ice cream
1 zucchini, diced
2 onions, sliced, thinly sliced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
1 package dry onion soup mix
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium bowl, combine ice cream, zucchini, onion, mayonnaise, milk, onion soup mix, basil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, paprika and salt.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
