2 egg whites
1/3 cup white sugar
2/3 cup light cream
4 egg yolks
1 tablespoon red food colour, divided
In a mixing bowl, combine egg whites, 1/3 cup sugar and light cream. Beat half way through, then stir in yolks one at a time. Increase egg yolks and 1/2 teaspoon food colour to desired glaze level.
