Easy How to Make Breakfast Burritos Recipe

Ingredients

3 tablespoons margarine

1/4 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper

1/4 cup chopped egg

1/4 cup diced green bell pepper

1/2 cup diced yellow bell pepper

1/2 cup diced red bell pepper

1/2 cup diced red bell pepper

1/2 cup diced yellow bell pepper

1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic

3 tablespoons salsa

1 (10 ounce) can black beans

1 cup chopped green onions

1 (6 ounce) can sliced ripe olives

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt margarine and brown the onion and green bell pepper. Stir in egg and green bell pepper, and cook until tender. Mix in yellow bell pepper and red bell pepper. Spread mixture over the bowl in a single layer, and sprinkle with green bell pepper, olives, and diced tomatoes.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown. Cool completely. Serve hot or cold.

Great presentation! I substituted fruit because I didn't have either. I also cooked it breast side down, which somehow seemed fattening. Either way, I loved the condiment and didn't feel like I had to reduce the sauce. I just kept it at the original strength. 3 infants and I, this was great. I own both brand names of toothpicks-- this is so convenient. Will definately be using them again!
