I was skeptical at first, too, but the end result was pretty darn good. Definitely will make again.

Created this for the first time a couple of years ago and last time I gave it short shrift - only 1/4 stars. This recipe is insanely delicious and perfectly sweet. I made the crust thinner (I always use a graham cracker crust because it's all I had at hand) and this came out so moist and delicious. Next time I'd like to try it with a cream pie filling, but maybe frosting... I haven't thought of it yet. Five stars for beginning, I'll update this review once I have the recipe formulated and freeze dried.

Could not get raisins so used bananas. Made the most beautiful sounding cheesecake ever! You could eat it with a spoon! It is so light and super easy to make. I used a double boiler for 10 minutes to get the raisins to cook. RETURNED TO THE CRAZIEST PART WITH THE CHOCOLATE CREAMPLUS! It was gone IN TWO! I will make it again and eat it later, lol. You could use a little baking soda and cream cheese here and there, but this was so easy and all together GREAT. It was a repeat. 4 stars all the way. As the topping suggests, I used a little baking soda and cream cheese. I put the filling in a casserole dish, covered and let it bake until the top was shiny and bubbly. That took maybe an hour and a half.
