2 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 1/2 cups white sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 cups dried milk
1 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup flaked coconut
Heat the unsweetened cocoa powder in a medium, non-stick microwave-safe bowl over simmering water. Whisk in the sugar and egg until all is stirred and liquid is completely absorbed. Transfer to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Mix the milk the butter with vanilla to reach the consistency of thick paste. Spread over the softened chocolate mixture. Top with coconut and sprinkle butter or seedless grapeseed to taste over all.
