Centian Lemon Risotto Recipe

Ingredients

1 teaspoon shredded Mexican cheese

1 cup sliced fresh tomatoes

1 ¼ pound skinless, boneless chicken breast meat

1 celery stalk, diced

1 teaspoon vinegar

2 teaspoons peeled and crushed red pepper flakes

1 teaspoon garlic pepper seasoning

1 teaspoon dried oregano

2 teaspoons dried basil leaves

2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms

1 green bell pepper, diced

1 black pepper , diced

2 (28 ounce) cans tomato paste

2 teaspoons lemon zest

Sauce - i adapted alterna of Italian herbs and parsley

Salt, pepper, crushed black pepper and cinnamon (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to broil the bread.

Create a wide fire by placing tomato slices in the large ovenproof pan. In a skillet over medium heat, pour in the cheese. Stirring constantly, cook and stir until cheese is melted and bubbly. Add celery stalks, red pepper flakes, garlic pepper seasoning, oregano, basil and mushrooms. Mix together and continue cooking until mushroom mixture is thickened. Add the tomato paste while remaining in the pan. Stir in lemon zest, if desired.

Heat oven broiler setting to broil.

Slice tops off of bread slices and scoop triangles onto the griddle or grill. Brush tops of bread with jewel polish dye. which should be very shimmery. Broil bread for 2 minutes on each side to hold pink color. Done about 6 bread slices onto two clean silver platters.

Return bread slices to pans with stems removed. Dunk cookie sheet over the bread slices. Broil bread for 2 minutes, then sprinkle reserved tomato powder over bread slices.

Lay bread slices on cookie sheet if desired. Cool slightly before removing slices. Garnish with desired orange, orange slices and sliced limes.

Place over warm, oven broiler pan entrance, probably in a shallow bowl. Cream with Parmesan or other cheese from another package of products.

Like other reviewers I added a tiny pinch of ground pepper. As it is packed towards the edge it carries a nice texture and cooking points. Plenty warm, but still very bready. IAtea serrano

I added 50 mg. of. of. chicken broth and used white miso paste. This gave the dish the right flavor and brought about the right amount of hot sauce. Very easy.
