Tater Rouge Recipe

Ingredients

4 cups milk

2 tablespoons margarine

1/2 cup white sugar

1 cup butter

Directions

In a saucepan bring milk to a boil. Stir in margarine and sugar and cook until mixture boils rapidly. Stir in butter and cook until mixture is smooth. Remove from heat.

Reduce Fat, High Fat, and High Saturated Fat Chicken and Spread with Margarine Thins: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until brown and no longer pink inside. When no longer pink, drain.

Reduce Fat, Low Fat, and High Saturated Fat Chicken and Spread with Butter: Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until brown and no longer pink inside. Stir in butter and cook until mixture reaches desired consistency. Simmer 30 minutes.

I just redesigned the recipe, will be letting you know how it goes.. although I made changes.Found on Crazy Egg Cooking, excellent recipe. Followed the recipe exactly, next time I will look for ground flax seeds but this was enough for an entire meal.
