As I am trying to avoid them, I will give this 5 stars. I made this recipe and followed it exactly. Everyone loved it and I really thought it was healthy. I did add fresh garlic cheddar cheese and cracked black pepper. I know I will need to increase the lentils to use in this, but I was cutting back on the garlic because it can be a little bland. I also didn't have any dried dill weed on hand, so I just didn't have any. I will definitely make this again!
