2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (4 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
2 cups milk
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 8 inch round pans.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, pudding mix and milk together until smooth; set aside.
In a large bowl, beat egg whites until foamy. Mix in whipped topping and chocolate cookie crust. Pour mixture into prepared pans.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of each pan comes out clean. Cool before cutting into squares.
