1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon cream of tartar
3/4 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon orange juice
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Beat softened cream cheese, cream of tartar, sugar, lemon juice, orange juice and vanilla into egg whites. Stir egg whites into cream cheese mixture along with lemon extract, orange extract and vanilla extract. Chill quickly. Serve cold.
