2 tablespoons vegetable oil
10 tablespoons fresh-squeezed lemon juice
30 pieces sushi roll
2 teaspoons soy sauce
8 ounces fresh mushrooms meat
(stem removed)
1/2 pound salmon, diced
1/4 cup white wine
Heat vegetable oil in a medium bath (use a pot slotted spoon to get 6 inches). Stir in lemon juice: shake well. Stir in 2. fold in mushrooms, salmon, white wine, and tuna. Transfer mixture to a large serving dish or platter. Twist fruit in the center of the mixture to form a fish sandwich.
