1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Swiss cheese
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup ham, diced
1 (2 ounce) can chopped spinach, drained
1 (8 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese, milk, egg and cheese. Mix in the cheese mixture.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the bottom of a 9 inch square pan. Sprinkle the Monterey Jack cheese over the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle the Swiss cheese over the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle the Monterey Jack cheese over the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle the Monterey Jack cheese over the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle the Cheddar cheese over the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle the ham over the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle the spinach over the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle the cheese over the cream cheese mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
