1 1/2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
1 cup milk
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup whipping cream
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
1 1/2 tablespoons light cream
1 tablespoon orange juice
In a medium bowl, mix together gelatin and milk. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9 inch graham dish. Spread brown sugar over chocolate layer. Press whipped cream over cream layer. Spread orange jelly over orange layer.
Fold whipped cream and orange jelly over chocolate layer. Set aside. Melt butter or margarine or margarine in a small saucepan over medium heat. Beat cream in small bowl until light and fluffy. Add orange juice and cocoa by tablespoons, beating until mixture coats slightly. Pour mixture over chocolate layer. Chill in refrigerator.
