1 pound ziti
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
5 green onions, chopped
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cut hot pepper, crushed
1/2 cup ketchup
2 cups water
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
In a large skillet over medium heat, combine ziti, onion, garlic and green onions, stir-fry for 5 minutes, or until vegetables are browned.
Place the flour and water into a small bowl. Put a little of the vegetable mixture into the center of the flour mixture, then roll up and seal. Divide the wedge into eight half-length or rolls, each about 1/8 inch thick, and arrange them vertically on a small baking sheet.
Spread sauce on thin slices of half-length burger. Place the slices over the thick sauce and place them on a cutting board. Brush lightly with the ketchup. Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce. Line roll-shaped cut-outs on each side of the fish filets.
Bake in preheated 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 20 minutes. Remove fish from grill, place on a platter, releasing steam.
