2 tablespoons olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
6 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
1 large Italian sausage, sliced
1 pound shredded mozzarella cheese
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook onion until golden brown. Stir in garlic, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until onion is translucent, about 5 minutes. Stir in sausage and mozzarella cheese. Cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in pasta, tomato, tomato sauce and cheese. Remove from heat.
