1 cup peaches
1 (4 ounce) can lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
1 (1.5 ounce) envelope instant vanilla pudding mix
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 package instant orange zest
4 teaspoons orange zest
2 tablespoons orange zest
2 1/2 tablespoons orange zest
In a blender, combine peaches, lemon-lime soda, vanilla yogurt, lemon juice concentrate, orange zest, orange zest and orange zest. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture into a white or nonstick bowl.
Pour enough water to make 1 1/4 cups. Pour into chilled blender. Blend until smooth and pour into greased 9x9 inch shallow glass pan. Bake for 20 minutes in preheated oven. Cool slightly, remove from pan and cool completely. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
