4 eggs
1 (9 inch) pie crust
1 (8 ounce) can peach preserves
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (8 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
1 (16 ounce) can sliced pineapple, drained
1 (4 ounce) can sliced bananas
1/2 cup chopped pecans
In a large bowl, beat eggs and peach preserves until blended. Mix in cream cheese, orange juice concentrate and pecans. Pour mixture into pie crust.
Bake at 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) for 50 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool. Serve hot.
