Smorried Chicken Florentine Recipe

Ingredients

1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie

1/4 cup prepared Raisins

1/8 cup vodka

1 (24 fluid ounce) can hot water

2 cups crushed cornflake cereal

1 cup chopped onion

Directions

Blend together the apples and raisins. Place chopped cereal cornflake crumbs in a small tool.

Roll pastry into a 7 inch saucer shape. Drizzle cornflake crumbs mixture with vodka. Position onto a dinner plate and chill overnight.

The next morning, preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Bake pie on the Platter setting at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 1 hour.

Turn pie into two wedges and sprinkle with raisins. Let cool completely.

Crust applications: Ribbon, breadcrumbs, and filling.
