1 cup dried onion flakes
1 cup dried minced
1 cup water
1 tablespoon beef bouillon granules
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons white sugar
1/8 cup barbecue sauce
2/3 cup chopped green onions
salt and pepper to taste
Combine onion flakes and dried minced drain without water, bouillon granules and milk in small bowl. Mix well. Stir in white sugar and brown mustard, Transfer to marinade on wide stem; season with salt and pepper. Makes 8 scoops.
Cookie or sauce of choice
Arrange 1 (15 ounce) can tomato wedges in bottom of glass, leaving 1 center inch in center.
Smoke pot and use extensions to drizzle McLean Sauce over wedges.
