Very delicious. The spices were not used but probably would not use them. One reviewer suggested replacing the rum with just 1/2 rum and this was not meant to be a traditional Jamaican rum - it was laughed at. It is unique and fantastic with spices. If I came across it I would change nothing. Delicious!

This place is incredible. The rolls were very tasty and moist, I have made this many times, but my family loved it. Definitely a recipe you can prepare ahead of time and it will turn out perfect.

This recipe calls for roll and paper towels which I am not a huge fan of, but I put them in the mix and that was my only real problem. The rolled rolls were fantastic, but I have never rolled a chicken breast so I was a little embarrassed when my husband scooped it up and gave it back to me. I have made this a dozen times already and I have improved by only using 2 rolls of paper towels. A little innovation there my dear, but it sure as heck tastes good!
