I discovered this recipe while trying to decide on a new cheese. I ended up putting everything into my burger bun. It turned out very well--some notes: - While it may seem like a lot of onion, it really isn't. I used yellow onion, found recipes suggested of having minced garlic, but found that to be unnecessary. - I used a couple of tbsps of McCormick's Chipotle Chile Pepper powder, found that was also unnecessary. - I ground my own garlic powder, but found that to be unnecessary. - I omitted the cilantro since I wasnt about to add it.
