In a small bowl, mix onion, celery, celery, tomato juice and garbanzo beans; mix well.
In a medium bowl, mix peas, onion mixture, and ginger.
In a medium bowl, mix green bell pepper, green bell pepper, parsley, garlic and dry mustard.
To assemble the salad, layer 1/2 of the cooked pasta and 1/2 of the pasta sauce over the top of the salad.
