8 ounces maraschino cherries, pitted and halved
4 ounces fresh strawberries, sliced
24 slices orange pizza, cut into strips
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup dried figs
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
In a medium bowl, mix together cherries, strawberries, orange slice, sugar, lemon juice and olive oil. Beat lemon juice and olive oil until blended. Pour into a large plastic bag; seal and shake to coat. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving. Chill on ice to serve. Garnish strawberries and pizza with red pepper flakes.
