1 1/2 pounds boiled chicken breast meat
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
5 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (16 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine boiled chicken breast meat, garlic powder, baking powder, eggs, vegetable oil, chopped onions, green bell pepper, green bell pepper, sliced spinach, mushrooms, Cheddar cheese, parsley and chicken meat. Mix together, and form into 1 loaf.
Cover loaf with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spread one slice of loaf on every greased baking sheet to seal.
Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
