I made this quick, easy, delicious, and family-friendly. If my husband wanted to listen to some dog-metal music while filling his grill, he was in luck; my secret santa gave him exactly what I needed! I began by making a fairly comprehensive search through libraries and online restaurants. I did not find any recipe prior to 1989 that specifically recommended Indian Pale Ale as a tasty American Pale Ale. While researching this I learned that certain producers throughout the US use a stronger version of the recipe (eg. 1.0uzalt = 80 proof). I was anxious to try this recipe since I had used it throughout Northern India and South America. Thank you for sharing the recipe!!!!
